Attendee Registration

As a paid attendee of NARCON, you will receive upon check-in at the NARCON Registration Desk a packet containing:

• The Official NARCON 2009 Program Book

• Name Badge

• Range Box Sticker

• Raffle Tickets

• Assorted goodies from our sponsoring vendors

.After NARCON is over, you will receive by mail a copy of the proceedings on CD-ROM as soon as we are able to produce them.

The NARCON 2009 Registration Fee covers entrance to all NARCON-related events.  Lodging, food, and transportation are the responsibility of the attendee.

Legal note

Still and Motion Pictures of NARCON 2009 Activities will be taken during the convention for documentary purposes. These pictures may also be published in Sport Rocketry Magazine,  posted on the Official NARCON 2009 website, or used for other media purposes.

Advance Registration Pricing - Register On or Before March 15, 2009

• Youth (17 and younger) - $15.00

• Adult (18 and older) - $37.50

On-Site ("at the door") Registration Pricing (after March 15, 2009)

• Youth (17 and younger) - $17.50

• Adult (18 and older) - $40.00

Day Passes

The Saturday or Sunday one day pass is available at the desk and is $15 for adults and $7.50 for Youth admission. This is a restricted pass that does not entitle the attendee to a registration package including the free raffles (you can buy tickets) or be considered for the giveaway of the commemorative kit, by Fliskits - The Nantucket Sound. A day pass does include a program book.

If you are paying by check or money order, please print out and fill in our Attendee Registration PDF form and mail it to the provided address.  If you wish to purchase NARCON T-Shirts or Sweatshirts, please also fill out and submit a Merchandise Order Form.

Note: Advance Registration is now closed -You may print out a registration form and bring it with you. Onsite registration charges now apply.

• Attendee Registration Form 
  This PDF form is for NARCON attendees who would like to mail in their registration.  Please download, print out, fill in, and mail this form to the provided address along with a check or money order for payment.  If you would like to order a T-Shirt or Sweatshirt, you must also fill out and submit a Merchandise Order Form.

• Online Attendee Registration
  Online Registration is for NARCON attendees who would like to register on the Web and pay for registration fees and/or NARCON merchandise using PayPal.

Your Attendee Registration Fee includes the following:

Program Book: The Official NARCON 2009 Program Book will contain the NARCON schedule, event descriptions, articles, advertising from our supporting vendors, and other materials.

Free Door Prizes: Entry tickets for the free door prize drawings will be included in each registration packet.  It will be up to each attendee to fill them in and place them in the marked receptacle at the registration desk.  Prize drawings will be conducted throughout the weekend! 

T-Shirts and Sweatshirts: Details of NARCON 2009 "wearables" may be found in the online store

Proceedings: A CD-ROM packed with as much of the available print material from the events as we can possibly provide, including diagrams, plans, and reviews. If space permits we will also include photos and videos from the weekend.  This will be mailed out sometime after NARCON is over.
