Vendor Information

Even if you can’t attend NARCON, please consider helping us out by advertising in the program book and/or donating items for the door prize drawings. See below for details.

General Information

The vendor registration fee is $25. Vendors that register for a Vendor Booth at NARCON 2009 will be provided with space for up to two standard (approx 30" x 60") tables.. You may supply your own tables or rent them from the event for $10 each, Rental tables are subject to first come, first serve availability.  If we are unable to provide you with the requested extra tables, we will notify you as soon as possible and make the approprite refund.  Please register early and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  We will make every attempt to accommodate individual special needs, such as an electrical outlet, but cannot guarantee these.

We cannot guarantee the availability of a broad band connection so please do not plan on needing one. The vendor area is inside a metal framed building so external wireless connectivity may be questionable.

Held on Friday evening from 8PM to 9:30PM, the Vendor Forum provides an opportunity for the Vendors attending to NARCON to say "hello", talk about their products, and answer questions.  All attending Vendors are invited to participate.

NARCON Vendors are invited to give presentations, or conduct Workshops or Seminars while at NARCON 2009.  If you are interested, please contact our Presentation Coordinator, Al Gloer

Advertising

Each attending vendor will be listed in the vendor section of the program guide with name, product line and contact info to augment that listing, NARCON Vendors are invited to advertise in the Official NARCON 2009 Program Book.  Vendors who are not able to attend NARCON are also very welcome to advertise in the Program Book. The Program book is 5.5" x 8.5" and the following fees apply:

  • 1/2 page ad - $5

  • Full page ad - $10

If you desire, you may provide a catalog and/or a presentation on your company for inclusion in the proceedings CD. The fee for this is $25 - There is a 40MB limit on the size of the inclusion.

T-Shirt Advertising. A limited number of prime locations are under consideration for the rear of the event t-shirt. If interested, please contact our Vendor Coordinator, Patrick McConnell.

Donations

We will gratefully accept all donations of merchandise, gift certificates, etc to be used as free door prizes during NARCON.  All donors will be listed prominently on the NARCON 2009 website and in the program book, and will be mentioned as such during the prize drawings.  If you would like to donate items, please contact our Vendor Coordinator, Patrick McConnell

Registration

If you are paying by check or money order, please print out and fill in our vendor Registration PDF form and mail it to the provided address.  One individual NARCON attendee registration is included in the Vendor registration fee.  Additional individuals should complete a standard Attendee Registration Form.**  If you wish to purchase NARCON T-Shirts or Sweatshirts, please fill out and submit a Merchandise Order Form.  You may also register and purchase merchandise online.

The vendor registration fee includes a complimentary NARCON attendee registration for one person. Automatically, that'll be in the name provided in the vendor registration info.  As a registered vendor at NARCON, we realize that you may be bringing along additional people:  If they'll be there primarily to staff your vendor booth / display, they don't need to register separately as NARCON attendees.  Please provide us with their names as part of your vendor registration so that we will have vendor name badges for them.  (If they get tired of sitting at the booth all the time, they're certainly welcome to attend a few seminars too.)  If they'll be there primarily to attend NARCON seminars/presentations/etc, then we request that they do register as NARCON attendees.  If you have any questions, please contact us!
