Contests: Half A Day (1/2-A Day)

The windy weather made 1/2-A Day a challenge. Zack Lau had his Mini Flat Cat disappear behind the trees in just 34 seconds--Ulf Jonsson decided not to fly his glider--figuring that he wouldn't get it back. Zack flew his Red Helicopter off a piston and barely got it back. Ulf used a short delay and launched his off a rod to help insure a return. Eric Jonsson had a fine flight with an Edmonds Deltie. Though easy to build, the Deltie is proving to be a great rocket for contests--the Bumbling Brothers Flying Circus used one at NARAM 47 to win the team competition.
