CATO LXXII Launch Report - 16 February 2003
Sterling, CT

It was COLD again this month, perhaps the chilliest CATO launch to date.  It was 1 degree F when the setup crew arrived, and only made in into the mid teens by late afternoon.  Digital cameras did not fare well, so there are fewer photos than usual.  We hosted our first NAR open meet of 2003, with three events: 1/4A Boost Glider, A Helicopter Duration, and E Streamer Duration.   Two Team America Rocketry Challenge teams attempted qualification flights.  18 flyers made 58 flights and burned 2,152 Ns of total impulse equal to a 68% "K" motor.
