November CATO Launch: Pumpkin Chunkin'

This is our yearly parachute duration event. The pumpkins are 6-8 ounces, and must be returned undamaged to the RSO on the day of the event. The winner is the pumpkin is in the air (launch to landing) the longest. You must comply with the impulse limits of the field being used on that day.

Loc/Precision Viper 4 Drag Race

This is the oldest of the CATO contests and can happen at any launch. Most of the "old timer's" have a LOC Viper 4 and will drag race other flyers on four Estes D12's. While the race is generally first off the pad, flyers have also challenged each other in the following categories: highest, last one down & first one down.
